1:Is it difficult to use the walkie-talkie??

A: No,very easy to use.No need to program the radio,you can use the radio directly when out of the box.

2:If i buy two set or more, will they all work together?

A: Yes,all the H777 radio has same factory frequency,so they can work together without programming.

3: How to pair H777 with my other walkie-talkies ?

A: You need to program the H777 radio first by software(or CHIRP).Only when they have same frequency and ctcss/dcs code,they can communicate with each other.

4: How to program the H777 radio?

A:①:Buy the USB programming cable ( C9018A for winXP/7/8 system, C9055A for win 10 system)

②:Download the USB driver and H777 software from Retevis official website.

③:Open the radio,connect the radio and PC by programming cable.

④:Click the “Computer” , Right-click the manager – device manager-port(comx)

⑤:open the software, choose the port(the same with the above port)

⑥:Read from the radio.then you can see your radio's setting.

⑦:You can change the the frequency,ctcss/dcs,open or close some function etc.

⑧:Finally write into the H777 radio.

5: How about the talk range?

A:The talk range depends on many factors,like the surroundings,output power,battery power,antenna performance etc.The fewer obstacles, the farther the call distance. Usually H777's talk range can up to 1.2Km in the city, 2 Km in the suburbs or village,3Km in the open area.The specific distance is subject to actual use.

6:I want to use a walkie-talkie in the building. How many layers can the walkie-talkie penetrate ?

A:Usually the signals can penetrate 20 floors.

7: Does the H777 have VOX (voice control) function?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
